Default Phone Icon with X

Please Login to Remove!

I have an icon that periodically pops-up on my 8700, and I can't figure out what it means (tried tips + BBERRY.com). The icon shows a phone handset with a little "X" underneath it. Any ideas? Thanks.

Thumbs up Missed Calls

I submitted the question for an end user who doesn't know what theme he's using, but it did turn out to indeed be a missed call.

Thanks everyone for your help! I'm very pleased with all the responses.
