Default T-mobile 8800 coming to independent retailers?

Anyone have any infor on independent retailers selling the 8800 for T-mobile?

Amazon usually the go-to source for mobile phones given their pricing, but so far I see nothing on their site or anyone elses.

Was hoping the phone might be rolled out to online retailers, but guess that's unlikely till T-Mobile makes it available in their own stores.

Any guesses as to how much it will costs to upgrade from an 8100? I just started my contract, so an extension is not likely. =)
