Default Apps on a Blackbery that access the net

Just curious as to the apps that you can load to the Blackberry (GMail Mobile, Google Maps, Live Search, JiveTalk, Ramble) could go on the net without a Blackberry plan and with just a regular internet data plan, like Opera can.

Also, if those apps are configured for regular net usage, when I log onto those apps using my unlimited BIS plan, would I be access additional web surfing charges on top of my BIS? According to Cingular, if I put my sim with BIS onto a non-Blackberry and try to access the net that way, I'd get charged extra unless I want to add an unlimited net on top of unlimited Blackberry.

Thanks in advance.

I'm pretty sure your BIS enabled sim won't access any data in a regular cell phone. The BB data plan goes through RIM to access the data. Your regular cell phone can't access RIM's system.
