I called Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning and talked with customer service about my problem with the adaptor and the lady took my information and was very nice, she said I would be getting an email (I assumed within 24 to 48 hours) advising me whether I needed to send my adaptor back or if they would be shipping me a new one without me returning the defective one. Went very smooth and not a problem if they want me to ship it back but I have not recieved email yet. I guess they are busy shipping the super covers they sell. I have seriously enjoyed mine. And the adaptor when it is turned just so produces nice sound thru both of earpieces so I am looking forward to trying a replacement adaptor.
