Default Help!!!! Blackberry Messenger Problem!!

Please Login to Remove!

I have an 8703e from Verizon and my blackberry messenger will show my contact as unreachable or unavailable randomly when in fact they're reachable and available. I have held my blackberry next to my friends and on mine it'll show some people as unavailable or unreachable but on his they're all available. It happens at random times, mostly during or after I'm having a conversation. How can i fix this???

Wirelessly posted (BB 8860: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0) BlackBerry8100/4.2.1 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

I think if the recipient doesn't read the message, eg roll the trackball propen the message then it will show to the sender that the recipient is unavailable after a minute or so.

John Clark, thanks for your help but I already knew that. My problem is that in the middle of a conversation it will show the person I'm talking to as unreachable even though that person is not unreachable. Also, if someone goes unavailable, then they will be unavailable forever. I think there's something wrong with either the settings or the blackberry itself, but I was wondering if anyone knew exactly how to fix it?
