I am trying to intellisync my BB 7250 with lotus notes client 6.5. Everytime in the Configure PIM and selecting address book with the lotus Notes 5.0/6.0 option the OK button is grayed out.

Try going into the address book, select options, then turn wireless synch off before using the DM. Wireless synch (on a 4.0 BB) seems to intefere with the manual synch of the DM.

Is your Notes.ini file on your local C drive? We use roaming Notes - we put the users' notes.ini file on a mapped network drive. When the user gets a bb we temporarily copy the notes.ini file back to the C drive so we can populate their address book. Once the address book is good, we change the desktop manager to redirect them to the notes.ini file on the network, and delete the Notes.ini off the C drive. What we see if we don't do that is the address book is grayed out.

I am having the same problem only I am on notes client 5.0. When I tried going to the address book to turn off wireless synch, I don't have that option.
Its not there. This is a 4.0 BB
Anyone have any ideas?

looking for a solution to this as well...

i'm thinking this may have to do with the fact my company will not set-up personal bb's.....

anyway, t'nman, i did what you said and copied my notes.ini off of our network drive and onto my c:........still didn't recognize......getting same issue in intellisync.....box grayed out/cannot select.

side note: my IT guy said mnotes could sync to bb's, but i'm not finding any info on this. anyone know if this is true or does he not know what he's talking about (my suspicion)....
