Default Sync problems

Please Login to Remove!

I am a new user. My messages on the 7100g seem to remain on the main screen even after I have filed away those mesages on Outlook into other folders on my laptop. No amount of forcing reconciliation/synchonisation seems to work. Can anyone help please?

Seems to me that if the item is unread on BB, then the reconciliation won't delete it from BB. Not positive, but when I had the same issue the only pattern I could detect is that unread BB messages didn't get removed on a synch
