I have 3 emails I received and read yesterday. I tried to delete them today, and they won't go away. Any ideas?

When you say they will not go away, what exactly do you mean? Do you mean, for example, that an indicator continues to tell you that you have new messages, when you do not, or that the actual message persists in your inbox?

The actual messages will not delete. I select delete, then click it, but they still remain. They are all from the same day. Subsequent emails delete just fine.

I had the same problem with 1 particular email. I tried reconciling both from the desktop and the 7100t and neither worked. However, when I used the application loader to load up a free app, the message then disappeared. Don't know if it'll work for you but it's worth a try.

Did you try manually deleting off of the Backup/Restore on DM?

When this happens to our users, we backup their BB, wipe it, then restore it.

I would try manually deleting off of Backup in DM before doing a wipe. It may save you 10+mins

Could you have "saved" the messages? I seem to remember an option somewhere that controls whether saved messages still show up in the inbox. Look in your saved messages and see if they're there.
