Default 7290 resetting during phone calls

Any one out there experiencing a 7290 rebooting during a call? I read about this issue on the 7100 forum, but i'm having the same problem on three of the 7290's I support. In the middle of a call, reboots, with hourglass for about 3 minutes, then comes back up fine. Running 4.0 HH SW, 3.6 BES, and Cingular for a carrier. Replaced one device twice with new one, to no avail.

I have had it happen only three times now with my 7290 with T-Mobile. The only thing I know is the same with all three times is that I had been on that call at least 35-45 minutes AND I was using my bluetooth headset at the time. But... I have been in that same situation (longer phone call using bluetooth) and not had it reboot... so there is some other variable that I am missing.
