My company supplied me a cingular 8800 but it cannot display Chinese characters on e-mail and web. Do I need to download some software? and where? Does my company's server also need to intall some software to support Chinese characters?

i have a new 8800 under T-Mobile and is using Internet Service (not exchange server), an di am using a macbook pro with mac OS 10.4, what do i do to make 8800 read and input chinese?
