Default 8830 compared to Curve

I can't seem to find size specs for the 8830. Is it the same size as the curve? Thanks!

No, the Curve is slightly smaller than the 8830. There are several posts on this board from early May with exact sizes, pictures, etc.

8830 is same size as 8800. The Curve is the 8300 and is smaller.

Default also don't forget...

8830 = 3G (EVDO) BB that's a dual CDMA/GSM global phone
8800 = biz-centric BB with out-of-box GPS capabilities
8300 = media-centric BB with camera

hopes this helps,
jax

In the US- The Curve is offered by at&t and runs on there edge network, deemed the smallest Blackberry ever released with a full keyboard, it also has a 2 megapixel camera on board. Great Form Factor!
The 8830 is only offered by Verizon right now (Sprint in July) and runs on there EVDO network. Identical in size and shape to the 8800 (just silver) and of course it's a CDMA device.
Overall , I think there both great devices! However the Curve rules with it's Form Factor! Different Strokes for Different Folks!

If your looking for some comparison pics, I believe you can find em on The Boy Genius Report (BG's website) However the pics we're of the Curve and the 8800 (not the 8830) same device just a different color and carrier.
