Hey Guy's, does anyone know where i can buy a verizon sim card for my 8830,not for unlocking reasons but to have a copy of my phone book. thanks

we got our free from Verizon when we got our phones. go back and ask them for it. They said they were free if you asked, but they were not offering without you asking.

Cant get it from verizon without signing up for global,carrier policy.

Yes you can, call Verizon and order it you will have it in 2 days, for some reason the Verizon stores will not sell you the SIM without signing up for the data plan. They don't have that option in their computers yet. Then call the Global customer service and have them activate it without the Global data Plan. I did it on Thursday, I called they activated the SIM without the data plan no problem. Now I can use it overseas just to make and receive calls.
