Default Cingular / San Francisco service down?

I am with Cingular in San Francisco, and I don't seem to be getting any mail. I have resent service books, sent test emails, etc. Is this a known issue? Is the service down?

I am in San Francisco also, but I am on Verizon's network. My wife and I were both having email delivery issues this morning (both using BB 8830s on VZW), but it now seems to be working (as of 0900).
