Default Service books?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi guys, i had a sk3 bought this 7105t from a friend and switches sim cards i went to tmobile site and changed the plan i had to wait a few weeks till the period ended today it ended and i have to web icon it keeps telling me i don't have the service books and to call.. Is there a way i can fix this without having to call.??

First off, do you have the Blackberry data plan?

Also, you would log into T-Mo's website and and the service books to yourself.

i do have the blackberry plan but when i go into tmobile theres nothing that i can find that lets me resend the service books.

Thanks for your help by the way i appreciate it. i've been racking my brain lol

Go to Support for your phone, setup intermail mail, and then you will see a resend service books link.

great i found that i set it up now. I also resent the service books.. i actually called css and thety said everything looked fine to give it some time but i dont know if that rep knew what she was talking about to be honest so if this doesnt work i guess i might have to call back.. i will def let you know the phones restarting now

i just tried all of that an dits not working its telling me to call when i first went to resend the books it was asking for my pin and imei is that a problem?

and also on the top of the phone it says data connection refused.

also is this phone supposed to be gprs or gsm?

The phone should also say GPRS (in all capital letters). If it says gprs, in lower case... that is also indicative of a problem with your Blackberry Data Plan.
You need to call the carrier to get this corrected.

k so i called and in asked to be conneceted to blackberry custmoer service and the rep helped me he did something and i reset it turned wirless of and back on and BLAM gprs became GPRS and i got the web icons the whole shabang now im doing my email thanks guys for your hlep this forum is great..
