I just set up BIS to receive my corporate email. I had a buddy send me a test email which came through. However, I am getting the same email 4 x per minute.

What did I do wrong?

Ok, I figured out the error.

Is there a way to erase a group of emails?

you should be able to hold down the num key (at least it is that button on all at&t bb's that i have had and use the track ball to scroll down...num button is similar to the shift key on your laptop/pc

Close, its the shift key, not the num key. At least on the 8830.
