I'm using an 8700T on T-Mobile, forwarding emails from my Cox POP account (not using Enterprise). Yesterday, at 5:03 pm, I received an email from my bank confirming a change I'd made in my profile. I read it on my Outlook and deleted the message. My Blackberry also displayed the message, and I deleted it from the Blackberry. Now, since 5:03 pm yesterday afternoon, I've received the same email message from my bank EVERY 4 MINUTES!
I've called T-Mobile 3 times. They've deleted the account. They've deleted service books. I deleted the account from my Outlook. The messages are still continuing to come through. The only thing that "stopped" them was when I put a filter on the account to now display them.
T-Mobile is trying to say it's the bank, not quite clearly hearing that if it were the bank, these messages would be appearing in Outlook or on my webmail with Cox. Then they're trying to say it's Cox, but I don't think that's right. They say it's not with them -- but that's the only common link I can think of.
Anyone have any ideas? I'd sure appreciate input!
