I've heard that T-Mobile is offering 8800 replacement faceplates that enables spacing between the letters. Can anyone confirm if this is true or false? I recently purchased an 8800 but the keys are pretty tough to handle. Weird thing was, I was borrowing an unlocked Cingular BB 8800 and I had no problem with the keypad. The T-Mobile one seems a lot stiffer.

false. no new keypad designs. as it is the keys are small as hell.. any space and they would be infant sized. see if you can buy another keypad on the internet. it's not the board but the actual keypad itself, theres a problem with a lot of them.
