Default BB 8830 truncating messages

Please Login to Remove!

I have a CEO and Sr. VP who just rec'd their BB 8830's. They are reporting issues with longer messages being truncated from the BB. They are prompted to press MORE or MORE ALL, but upon doing so, receive an error to the affect that it cannot carrout this function. Has anyone seen this issue to comment?

thanks~~

Does your company have a BES or are they setup on a BIS?

I am on a BES at my company and I just forwared myself a very long message and hit "more all" and everything came through ok. It might be an IT Policy that your company has put into affect. Try your IT dept. If they do not have a policy limiting the size of messages I would suggest trying to do the Enterprise Activation again. Let us know.
