Is it possible to convert my RIM950 address book to a format the 7280 will understand? How?

Sure. Use the "Backup" facility that Desktop Manager has, and then "restore" it to the 7280. Works like a champ.

Exclamation Ok but what if one is Notes and the other is Outlook?

Ok, new twist on that question:

What the old BB is from an Outlook/Exchange shop, and the new one is in a Notes shop? (New exec, came from an Exchange shop to our Notes shop and wants his address book moved from his old BB to his new one)

Just restore the Address Book that was backed up.
