Hey guys and gals, i was just wondering if there are problems with earpieces and the verizon 8830? seems that no one can hear me and i can hardly hear them... any info would be great!!! thanks!!!!

My HS850 is working fine with my 8830. No one has complained about the audio quality. Have you tried adjusting the volume on the HS850 itself? Have you tried deleting and reloading its profile? Are you sure the HS850 battery is fully charged?

Volume: did try adjusting both on the phone and earpiece

Battery: Fully Charged

I also did delete and reload onto the phone.

I guess this is an isolated incident. It worked great for my verizon Krazr, but it's really bad for the blackberry
