Default BIS service not working

Please Login to Remove!

I have enablel BIS service (internet / email) for my 7100i Nextel BB.
I am running software 7100iM_PBr4.1.0_rel112_PL2.0.0.44_A4.1.0.136_Sprin tNextel.exe
The globe icons don't appear and the service cannot be used.
My associate has the same BB but software 7100iEFS_PBr4.1.0_rel525_PL2.1.0.46_A4.1.0.376_Nex tel.exe
and it works fine.
I cannot use the same software because it gives me "sim card error" - see my other post.
Do you know any reason why the server is not working on that version of software?

I talked to them but they say they cannot make it work. Besides, they say they don't support 7100i in Brazil but my associate's phone work fine!
