Default 7250 and frames

Ok, so if the BlackBerry browser does not support Java applets or frames how does one view them on a 7250? Do i need to change the emulation? Another browser?

Some sites i try to go to wont let me view the page, like getting a ringtone from adamdaley.com etc. It gives me 'HTTP Error 406: Not Acceptable'. Is this related?

any help would be appreciated.
