Default how to unlock a 7290?

Anyone know how to unlock a 7290 on cingular service?

Try the search feature for a host of information: http://www.blackberryforums.com/sear...searchid=89821 presently there is only one place Bongowireless that can voice/data unlock Blackberry's located in Toronto, ON Canada. You'll need to FedEx you Blackberry with a 100US and they'll FedEx it back. Check their site to see if their unlocking 7290's yet.

Thanks for the reply. I have contacted Bongos and found out it would be $100. But thank you for enlightening me on the process. I was hoping to find a way to get it done free or relatively cheap.

the only free way will be getting cingular to unlock it. Are you a current Cingular customer? If so thats prolly your only chance at a free unlock.

Cingular won't help.
T-Mobile is the only carrier with a fair unlocking policy.
