Default 8700c With Embedded Script

Please Login to Remove!

Hello, I purchased my refurbished 8700c from an online store. Apparently the device was used by a company and has a script written to the device which prevents me from changing most of the settings. I think it was set up through a Bez server and I have no idea in how to wipe this thing clean and start from scratch. I have reinstalled the software time and time again and the device still holds the settings. Any idea on how to wipe this thing completely clean of all the scripting and make my 250 dollars worth it? I would like to be able to add a browser, currently I can not see the one on this device. Even when I do a show all.
