Red face New 8800 owner -- from Pearl.

After much soul searching, deliberating, and reading ... I told Tmobile I wanted their Blackberry 8800 ... I told em to wrap it up. I'll take it.

I was contemplating an unlocked Curve to use on Tmo ... but I guess I want the GPS more than the camera ... and I understand the Curve doesnt work with Tmo yet? atleast the stuff other than dialing.

Anyway it's in the mail and I got for $350 shipped. I currently have a Pearl and I love it ... but I need a new toy to keep me happy. I am shallow that way.

So some questions ... I know ... probably already covered but humor me:

1. I use tethered and bluetooth DUN with the pearl ... 8800 will work same?
2. I use Yahoo Messenger on Pearl ... 8800 works with that?
3. Does the GPS part offer Voice navigation for free out of the box? how about turn by turn navi without the voice? I don't want to pay $10 per month.
4. I am assuming everything works just like the pearl.

Now I await Blackberries release of a Curve like phone WITH gps. Then I would finally have the PERFECT phone of my wildest wet dreams.

I don't know about DUN but you will have to pay for navigation...the GPS will work with Google Maps and Blackberry Maps free...but turn by turn costs money...sorry bro
