One of our users is telling me after I updated their 7100t it no longer does a certain behavior it did before. I hope someone here can tell me how to get it back.

He says that before, on 4.0, when he went into a "Compose Email" screen it would immediately ask for the first contact to send to from his address book. After I updated his to 4.1.309, it doesn't do this. My Verizon blackberry doesn't do it either.

What am I missing? Is this a setting buried somewhere?

This was one of the major changes from 4.0 to 4.1. 4.0 used to take you directly to the address book, you select a name and then compose the mail. With 4.1 it takes you to a blank email screen. In the "to" field simply start typing the name of the contact you wish to email. It will automatically bring up the address book and narrow down the names as you type. I think once your user gets used to it he will like it better.
