Default Voice Mail Indicator?

Please Login to Remove!

Is there anyway to get something on the home screen specifically indicating you have a voice mail (or even better how many) rather than just displaying how many generic "messages" you have?

Is there anyway to get that generic message counter to ONLY include missed calls?

Thanks!

Wirelessly posted (8700g: BlackBerry8800/4.2.1 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

Missed calls -- Phone > Options > Call Logging = None.
You already (should) have a Voice Mail indicator in the form of a small cassette tape icon, next to the message icon.

There should be a voicemail icon. It looks like a cassette tape.

As for the counter. I believe if do not have the missed calls show up in Messages List the counter will not count it. This is in your Call Logging setting.

Thanks! The tape cassette icon was blending into my gray background.

So I can get the "Messages" to not display any calls, all the calls, or only the missed calls...but it still has all my other emails in there as well. Is there anyway to get the "Messages" folder to ONLY display the missed calls and nothing else. I've seperated my SMS folder, but all the emails from all my accounts makes it difficult to quickly get to my missed calls.
