Does they have Desktop Manager software download for Vista? Thanks

Just bought a new Dell with Vista. Loaded in my old disk and it works fine.

DM 4.2.1+ works in Vista

Desktop Manager don't have Windows Mail. I need address book from Windows Mail to my 8700c. They did not add Windows Mail in Desktop Manager. My Desktop Manager is 4..2.2 version. How? Thanks.

There is no connector for windows mail. Windows mail is being phased out in favour of live last I heard, so I wouldn't expect anything to be developed.

You need to have Outlook or one of the other supported applications to sync your BB.
