Default two locks?

Please Login to Remove!

okay, you want to use the 8830.

you pick it up, and press the pearl.

it tells you the handheld is locked and if you want to unlock.

you tell it to unlock it.

it now tells you the keypad is locked and how to unlock it.

why the two locks?

how can you disable the handheld from locking, but keep the kb locked? we use the kb lock app to lock the BB.

on another note, if you are doing the above to read a new message, the message pops up automatically. can we stop this?

thank you.
