I have tried to send a service book and it wont come through, tried to send a PIN message and SMS they will not send they just sit there adn no red or green x. what should i do? I have tried a reboot, and turn wireless off and on. It is on GPRS in all capitol letters too.

I had this very same issue with my Verizon 7250. After numerous attempts, 3 days worth, from Verizon support, they deemed it faulty and sent me a new one. I did not get a reason as to why it would not accept the service books.

I had a similar problem with my internet browsing service book. It took a Blackberry Tech resetting my account to allow it to come through
