I have an exec whos handheld we had to wipe and reactivate via enterprise activation. On the BES we have it set it to pull 14 days worth of old mail. Our client wants all of the old mail that he has in Lotus Notes, months worth of mail and not the 14 days that it pulled.

I know this can be done via desktop manager but he is on a locked down machine and we are not able to install desktop manager.

Is there any way to pull old mail OTA.

No, there's no way to do it OTA.
As far as I know, you can't do it via Desktop Manager either. (Other than restoring from a backup.)
