Default Problems using desktop manager (newb)

Good evening you all.
I'm having problems with the desktop manager. I can't install and even look my installed programs of my device..
I wonder if i'm doing something wrong or this is a software/hardware problem. Thx

You can't install Desktop Manager to your PC? Have you downloaded the latest version (4.2 Service Pack 1 or 2) and tried that? I would recommend you reboot your computer, and try to install DM on your PC again. Unless you have some hardware glitch with your PC, Desktop Manager normally works fine.

Default Desktop 4.2.2
Can Desktop Software v4.2.2 be installed on a 7100i or do I have to stick with the v4.1?

Default Desktop Manager 4.2.2
You can install 4.2.2 and use it for your 7100, though 4.2.2 is kinda buggy. You will not be able to do media transfers and such, but most all other features in 4.1 is available for you. If you want some more detailed info check out my blog -- Bryan Kuhn
