I browsed the forums for a bit and did not see an answer for this....


The missed calls notification....say I miss 10 calls, there will be a 10 in the top right corner witht he message logo. I have to manually go into ALL 10 missed calls for this to disappear. Ideally, I would just like to go into the "messages" folder and then have this icon disappear. I do not want to remove this notifcation entirely, as it is useful for emails/sms. Is there a way to modify this for missed calls only?

You can remove Missed Call from Messages by going to Phone| Options| Call Logging and set to None.

From the list of missed calls, can you just highlight it and press DEL on your keyboard? That way you don't have to go into each phone number using the menu.

I have call logging turned off and I still get missed call notifications on my home screen (looks like an old style wired phone handset with a number next to it). Even if you turn off call logging, the logging still takes place (you just have to choose View Folders in Messages to view them). The missed call counter is easily cleared by going into the Phone App/Call Log.
