Good Afternoon,
I just bought a tmobile 7105 off of ebay new..unlocked..... I wanted to access the web but it won't do that.... I called my provider cell one and they told me that my 7105 won't do that cause it is not a cell one but a t-mob and the chips are different...... Is this true or a pile???

Thanks in advance
Don

Don, you need--must have--the BlackBerry Data Plan to use the internet, email and data on your BB.

Not wanting to sound stupid....... How do you get it on the phone...... We have signed up for it... and put in the proper info, The first time it worked but when we double checked the info at a later time the emei number was missing. When we entered it in.... this time we get an error that ino was not supported by provider. The phone screen comes up and says Data connection refused. I am very new to this..... What are service books? I am missing something here I know but I don't know what

Don, where are you? I am not familar with CellOne, are they in Namibia or India?

You would go to the providers BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) website and register your BB with your PIN and IMEI number. There you would also setup the email address you want forwarded to the BB.

Where can I log into my BIS account? - BlackBerryFAQ
How to add / delete email addresses - BlackBerryFAQ
How do I resend my service books? - BlackBerryFAQ
