Exclamation PLEASE HELP!! My BB wont boot!

Please Login to Remove!

Ive been using this one for quite a while and like a week ago it started to act strange. One day it just stopped working after I decided to reboot it after almost freezing.

The device just wont boot it just keeps the thinking "mouse pointer" in the middle of the screen, it rotates like its processing something, it can go for 2 days until the battery dies and then keeps going.

What can I do? maybe a fresh OS upgrade for the model? It is a 7100t from cingular. Ive tried to reset it but it wont do even that.

Thanks before hand for any help.

This is a picture of it in action.

First, that's not a 7100t from Cingular, it's from TMobile (t=Tmobile.)

This should help:

Also, I actually prefer the second method that I posted above-it's quicker. You will need the OS package installed on your PC first, though.
