Hey

So i got the 8700r from my friend and currently the full keyboard is intact but some of the keys have weird things happening in typing and from the home screen:
q=qr/opens alarm c=nm
e=er/opens alarm v= flashes t then deletes it
t=yi caps=nm
u-ur/opens calc end call =hl/opens help
o=or/ opens options p=uo/opens calculator
f=jk/locks phone g=hl/opens help
h-opens help k=locks phone
l=calender c and n=bb messenger'
m=messages(sms)


Ive tried reinstalling the newest OS, using jl cmdr to wipe it because i cannot press the c key to get to spell blackberry on the handheld, ive then reloaded the OS again but that didnt work either, i tried the turning off of dial from home screen and ive disabled auto text ive really tried all i can think of?

Can anyone help?

Turn on " dial from home screen". Those are all common, intended shortcuts from your homescreen.

i tried turning it on and off, nothing happened when i did that, and especially the C key wont type in messsages or memos or anything like that.
