Default 7100G Blackberry language software

I don't know if this is at all possible but does anyone know if there is a software download that will enable you to install different languages? I have done searches on this topic and no answer. I am interested in loading Chinese-Mandarin language in my Blackberry so that my mom may be able to use it... I recently came back from Taiwan and I know that it's possible for "regular" cellphones but so far I can't figure it out.

Does anyone have a solution or suggestion as to were I may be able to get this program??? Is it possible or is it "mission impossible." Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
