Hey everyone, odd problem I'm having today, hoping one of you gurus can figure it out, because I'm somewhat new to the BB's.

Anyway, got into the office today, found that 3/5 guys that have active blackberry's are unable to receive messages, but can send just fine. They're running 7130s, and we do not have a BES, they're all individually running a desktop redirector pulling from outlook and the main exchange server.

Looking at the redirectors, it will say that there are x items pending, and that number will increase, and it accurately says the last time the device received a message and sent a message. For some reason it just isn't actually transferring the files over.

not sure this is the case...but could the option for redirecting messages to the blackberry be unselected? you can check this within desktop manager if you have it....or you go to messages ->options ->email settings ->send email to handheld. If using the redirector software make sure that outlook is open and that the redirector software is also open and running.

Try recreating the encryption key between the device and desktop software.

Have you rebooted the computers with the redirector?
