Unhappy How To Add Access Code to Voicemail Number?

Please Login to Remove!

Months ago I remember reading somewhere a method used to automatically put in your Voicemail access code directly into the Address Book/Speed Dial, but for the life of me I can no longer find it.

Can someone please tell me how you do that? I've tried adding a 'pause' and a 'wait', but to no avail.

Thanks for your help.

You can add a pause to the number. For example 555-555-5555 P 1234.

I already tried adding the pause, but it still doesn't work. Thanks for the reply though.

Actually, I did manage to get it to work. What I was doing wrong was not re-programming my speed dial for Voicemail once I made the changes to the number.

Thanks very much Doug.

The easier way to do this is to access the phone application, and select "Options" then select "Voicemail" and your password in the field. I had to insert a pause before the code and it works flawlessly.
