Hi Everyone,

My office has provided me with a BB 8703 and I keep encountering one problem with my email: reconcilation.

When someone sends an email to my Lotus Notes- I get a copy of the message on my BB. When I delete the message on my BB I want it to delete it from my Lotus Notes account as well.

I am currently on BES and my Email Reconciliation settings are as follows:

Messages Services: Desktop (my Lotus Notes)
Delete On: Mailbox and HandHeld
Wireless Reconcile: On
On Conflicts: Handheld Wins.

Please note that I also have the latest drivers/firmware on my BB.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

It takes about twenty minutes to reconsile.

Based on what you are telling me- are my setting correct? What should i do if it doesnt delete the messages after 20 min?

If it doesn't sync after twenty minutes first try just pulling the battery. If that doesn't work have your IT guy reset you in the bes.

Thank you. How do they reset me on BES? Will i lose my messages during the reset?
