Viewing Mail within Folders
 

Im sure this has been answered before but some of my users would like to see the mail inside of their folders, but as it stands now when they look inside a folder nothing is there, but there is mail there on their actual Outlook thats hooked to the Exchange server.
Any way to let the users see all their mail without telling them to never erase mail that comes in on their Blackberry?
