Profiles > scroll down to ADVANCED > click on your active or desired Profile to edit, and click EDIT.

Yeah, they uploaded that bug screen on Christmas Eve to say that the problem is fixed. I then uploaded the latest software thinking my problems were over, and believe me, the ringer volume ISN'T FIXED.
