Verizon 8830/BES latest version/Exchange 2003....

How does the 8830/BES handle subfolders created under the user's inbox?

What attachment types are able to be viewed by default without any 3rd party software?

My company is thinking of switching from Treo 700's to BB 8830's and these 2 questions came up that i cannot find a direct specific answer to..

If you are on the latest BES release then you should be able to view attachments .doc, .xls, .pdf, .wav, .ppt, .mp3, .jpg. This is from memory, so don't blast me if I missed one

Sub-folders work fine with Exchange. Any subfolders created in Outlook will be available on the Blackberry, but you have to set each one to synch. By default only the main Inbox synchs.
