| Problem receiving email from .gov domain Please Login to Remove! I need help from this group, because I've apparently stumped T-Mobile and RIM.
Just got a 7100T and am using the Web Client option, being a solo entrepreneur. Some of my clients are with various agencies in the govt. Although emails from other domains are getting through to my Blackberry, none of the ones from the usdoj.gov domain are coming through unless they write directly to my Blackberry address. Some emails from other .gov addresses do get through, but not consistently.
Setting up forwarding in Outlook works (the emails come through on the Blackberry), but my main computer system is my laptop; it's on the road with me 4 days a week. So it's not on continuously in order to forward the email.
I've called T-Mobile twice and have been directed to RIM twice...for a total of 4 hours on the phone. (One of those hours was on hold waiting for RIM when I finally gave up and went to bed.) They have no idea what's going on.
I updated to ver. 4, and I thought that resolved it, but it didn't.
My ISP is Cox. If I'm getting the .gov emails in Outlook via Cox, shouldn't they be going over to the Blackberry as well? There are no filters active in the WebClient.
Thanks for any help you can give me. While my clients could cc my Blackberry email account, they're more likely to forget to do that.
