Default 7290 stuck "Organizing addresses"

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

I have a BB7290 that has been stuck "Organizing Addresses" for three days. The esc key does nothing. The phone can answer calls, but the Desktop is locked with that message. Is their any way to abort this or break out?

Disconnect the BlackBerry from the USB cable. That should break the connection.
How many addresses do you have?

The device never connects to the PC. I am using Ver.4 / wireless to BES only.

Ah - and it is stuck? Perhaps pop out the battery. That's all I can think of.

I've just had the above problem and removing the battery has done the trick

Thanks
