Default How do I disable data when roaming?

Please Login to Remove!

I own an 8830 from Telus (Canada) and our data plans are already highway robbery and even worse when travelling to the states. I go down to my lake home every weekekend in Whitefish, Montana (Gods Country) I still will use the phone I just dont want my emails forwarded or my applications updated how can I make it so whenever im roaming data is turned off? Thanks

On my 8700g I go to Options > Mobile Network and change the Data Services option to Off. I am using OS 4.2.1.96. There may be something similar on your 8830.

I found that option already. I was wondering if there was a setting to turn data off when roaming I thought there was.

Thanks
