Hello to All,

I am a new BB user since the Company I now work for uses BB software. I have been with a Palm device for 5 years and BB is taking quite a bit to get used too. I have an unlimited data any suggestions on good program or "must have" applications?

In using the built in calendar function it's a little lack in the detail does anyone recommend any third party software for Today screen; Calendar functions; PIMs?

My Company doesn't allow texting So is there a third party program out there that texts other users other than IM+, or Jive Talk? I'm looking for a program that texts just like standard texting but that I can seperate from my Companies plan.

Thanks...Appreciate any feedback!

Since the company owns it and is paying the bill, I would suggest that you leave well enough alone and not try to add or change anything. In addition, they have probably installed IT Policies that limit what you can and cannot do. I would make sure you know your limits before you attempt to make any changes.

As for a 3rd party calendar, there is none. Cross River Systems has an application called PocketDay that can serve as a PIM, but it still uses the underlying BB PIM applications. For a better today screen, you might check out the Dimension Today theme or another application called BBtoday.
