Hi,

I am a new BB user. I use an 1800 Mhz operator and the handset 7100G doesnt latch on to the network at certain places. I was told to upgrade the SW to 4.2.1.93 . Is it really the case. Has anybody come across with this problem before????

Its really irritating issue.

there is no such thing infact the s/w version 4.2 is not for 7100g. its the problem with your carrier ,so discuss with them to resolve the issue.
