Default Unopened Emails incorrect

Please Login to Remove!

My CFO has a 4 unopened emails being indicated on his 7100i blackberry. we have a BES server (3.6). However as we go through the mail, all items appear to be opened.

any idea on how to get the counter correct?

1- On the BB, look in Messages, Saved Messages. Could be saved, unopened there. If nothing, look at Messages, View Folders, Phone Call Logs, SMS, etc. Look at all the folders there for anything new.
2- Pull the battery on the BB and replace to reboot.
3- If still nothing, he might be in line for a wipe and restore of the OS replace/upgrade.

Cool, hope it helps. I don't get to Dothan often, but yea I grew in south Alabama as well, just south of Monkeytown.
