| Hmm..not sure exactly what was happening then. This last round it was due to a setting at MailStreet (it actually wasn't losing EA as it turns out). But my initial round of problems did somehow result from using DM...everytime I plugged in it completely killed EA and I had to call and run EA again. I would call, run EA and let it get the completed message, send a few test emails which worked fine, then plug back into DM. I would copy a file to the sd card..something simple..then unplug and poof...no more EA. It would actually remove the "Activated on <DATE>" line at the end of the EA screen. Call back in, run EA again and all was fine..until I plugged into DM.
I reinstalled DM a couple times, the last time picking BES it seems to have solved my problem, although, I still don't know exactly what setting I had in there initially that was fouling everything up. |
